Email List

  • I love your oil. How should I share that?
    Thank you! We love feedback, of any kind. It's especially nice to hear good things about our company, our products, and our customer service. There are several ways you can share your feedback, and here they are:
  • Will you spam me?
    We do not spam, if you would like to opt out of our email list, it's very easy to do so. We also use a double opt-in method to register for our list, as well. You must supply us your name and email address, and then also click to confirm on the initial link that is sent to you to confirm your email address. That's the only way to get onto our mailing list. To get off of the list, just click the unsubscribe list that's at the bottom of each email.

Payment Methods

  • What security measures protect my financial information?
    We assure you, we do not store any of your credit card information. Since all of your financial transaction is handled by Amazon, you're payment information never touches our site. Amazon is a multi-billion dollar company, and has the highest amount of security possible surrounding your transaction.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We are currently linking our product pages directly to Amazon, for quicker fulfillment. So, you can use any form of payment that Amazon accepts.

Physical Locations

  • Can I visit your warehouse to pick up or return my order?
    For safety reasons we cannot invite you to pick up or return your order from our warehouse locations.
  • Do you have any retail stores where I can purchase the product?
    Currently Invivo Essential does not have any retail locations. We do this to keep our overhead low so that you, our valued customer, get the lowest possible prices on your products. We want you to feel great, without it costing and arm and a leg.

Returns

  • I have a problem. Should I contact you or Amazon?
    You're welcome to do either, but we can streamline the customer service process if you contact us directly. Just email your Amazon order ID to hello@invivoessential.com, along with a brief description of how we can help. By contacting us directly, we are able to leverage other customer service options available to us that aren't available with Amazon customer service. The only exception is if your problem is with a missing package. Since Amazon handles the fulfillment process, packages that never arrived must be refunded by Amazon, in conjunction with the delivery service, as Amazon does not give us access into your tracking numbers.
  • What is your return policy?
    We have a 90 day satisfaction guarantee. To return a product you need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which is provided to you by emailing your Amazon purchase ID to hello@invivoessential.com.  Instructions will be sent back to you by email.

    We recognize that your privacy and personal information are vitally important. We use the latest security measures to protect your information and combat potential threats.

  • What shipping methods do you use?
    You have a variety of shipping choices on Amazon. Almost all of our products qualify for Prime shipping. Some of our low-cost items have been designated as "Add-On Items". If you're not an Amazon Prime member, Amazon will ship our products for free if your cart total is more than $35.
  • What locations do you ship to?
    We currently ship anywhere Amazon allows us to. Some of our products are not eligible for air shipping, because of their flash point. Therefore, they are only available for ground shipping.
  • Where will my package be shipped out from?
    As we are currently linking all of our products to Amazon for payment transactions and fulfillment, Amazon will ship your purchases to you from the nearest fulfillment center.
  • Can I visit your warehouse to pick up or return my order?
    For safety reasons we cannot invite you to pick up or return your order from our warehouse locations.
